Delivery Information and Payment Method

We know how important it is to receive your products when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. As such, we are committed to deliver the items to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Items will either be packaged nicely in paper box, paper bag or plastic bag.

Local Delivery

We process and ship orders on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Properly completed orders submitted will be delivered within three working days.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $60. This offer is valid online only and is applicable to Singapore delivery. Any orders less than $60 will be charged $6 for delivery fee. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Alternatively, you may opt to self-collect your items at our location.

International Shipping

A flat fee of $25 is applied on all international orders. Please note that any associated duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer. We highly recommend placing a single order if you are purchasing from overseas as we are not able to accede to requests for the combination of multiple international orders, and hence the refund of the international shipping fee (at $25 per order).

Delayed delivery

In light of COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive. We also strongly recommend opting for contactless delivery. 

Payment Method

We accept the following payment options:

  • Debit & Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
  • PayPal (only accepted upon approval)
  • Bank Transfer

In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.

When making payment, you may opt to save your payment method for your order after login in to your account. If you do not want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order. 

We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.
